4 years ago, I made a 10-second animation for my previous art study. The experience back then however, was a lot different than what it is now. Having used mutiple Adobe tools instead of just Animate.

This is one of the projects that I felt like could be so much better than it was. The animation principles, anatomy drawing, background art and compositing were all improved in the new version. The character animations are still made in Animate, but this time in seperate pieces that could be put together when compositing inside After Effects. On top of that, I used After Effects to create a depth to field effect and also added a vignette afterwards.

Another big difference is that I actually used acting reference now. I went to go crazy in front of the camera to get exaggeration look better. That with many other animation principles.
